This year is the 5th anniversary of the Darrens Dash. It's taking place on the 5th June and promises to be an exciting, fun packed day for all the familly.

The Darrens Dash is a challenging 10 km hill run on the eastern edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park. The run includes a total of 1,500ft of ascent, undulating running along the Offa's Dyke path and a swift descent to the Olchon Valley.
